Wholesale Inquiries

Cozyville greeting cards are available for wholesale to bookstores, gift shops, and specialty retailers. Our cards are designed and printed in North Carolina and created with the same thoughtful, cozy aesthetic that defines the Cozyville brand.

Wholesale Terms

Opening Order Minimum: $100
Reorder Minimum: $75
Minimums: 4 per card design, 2 per card collection, 2 per gift sets
Retail Price: $8 per card, collections and gift sets vary
Wholesale Price: 50% of retail
MAP: Please do not advertise below the suggested retail prices

How to Order

To place a wholesale order, please email us directly at wholesale at cozyville.shop.

Include your store name, shipping address, and resale certificate or tax ID. We will either send you our wholesale promo code to use for immediate ordering, or we will confirm your order, prepare an invoice.

Payment Terms

You may choose one of the following:

  • Payment Due Before Shipping (default)
  • Net 30 Terms available upon request and approval

Invoices are sent via email. Orders ship once payment is received or terms are approved.

Shipping

  • Retailers are responsible for shipping costs.
  • Orders ship via the most cost-effective carrier (typically USPS or UPS).
  • Turnaround Time: 1–5 business days from invoice payment or approval.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Damages & Replacements

We take great care in packaging every order. If items arrive damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
We will replace any damaged or defective items promptly at no cost to you.
